About Us
For three generations, Cambria Dental has proudly served the Staten Island community with exceptional, family-focused dental care.

Our Story
In 1961, Dr. Anthony F. Cambria founded the Cambria Dental practice on Staten Island, with a vision of providing trusted, high-quality dental care to his neighbors.

For over 60 years, that vision has been carried forward by his son, Dr. Robert J. Cambria, and his grandson, Dr. Michael V. Cambria. Three generations dedicated to caring for smiles of all ages and backgrounds.

We’re proud to remain a small, family-run practice where we take the time to truly get to know our patients and their families. Here, you’re never just another appointment, you’re part of our dental family and your comfort is our priority at every visit.

Meet Dr. Michael
Dr. Michael’s passion for dentistry began during a mission trip to the Dominican Republic with his father, Dr. Robert Cambria. There, he witnessed firsthand the life-changing impact that quality dental care can have on individuals and communities, an experience that inspired him to follow in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.

After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Michael returned to Staten Island to complete his residency at Staten Island University Hospital. He then joined the family practice, continuing the Cambria legacy of providing compassionate, high-quality dental care.

Proud to call Staten Island home, Dr. Michael is dedicated to serving the island’s diverse communities with skill, empathy, and a personal touch.

Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, and traveling.
Meet Dr. Robert
For over 30 years, Dr. Robert has proudly carried on the legacy of his father, Dr. Anthony Cambria, serving the Staten Island community with skill, compassion, and dedication.
After graduating from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers), he joined his father in practice, continuing the family tradition of personalized dental care.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Robert has participated in mission trips, community outreach programs, and forensic identification work for the Board of Medical Examiners, including assisting in the aftermath of the September 11th, 2001 tragedy.

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Robert enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and relaxing down the shore.
